These terms govern the use of jato.run and of the apps published under a jato.run subdomain, such as parkboard.jato.run (“the Services”). The Services are built and operated by Jaime Aza, an individual based in Colombia. By creating an account or using the Services you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The Services
jato.run brings together software projects of its own. Some apps are public and others are in private beta, available by invitation only. The Services are free and may change, pause or shut down at any time, with or without prior notice.
Your account
- Some apps require you to sign in with your Google account. The same account may work across several jato.run apps.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Services at risk.
Acceptable use
When using the Services you agree not to:
- use them for illegal activities or to infringe other people’s rights;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- interfere with their operation, overload them or automate their use abusively;
- upload malicious content, such as viruses or harmful code.
Your content
The content you create in the Services is yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete it at any time. How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The software, design and marks of the Services belong to Jaime Aza. Open source projects are also governed by the license published in their repository.
Third-party services
The Services use external providers, such as Google for sign-in, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
No warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will work without interruptions or errors, or that stored content will not be lost. We recommend keeping a copy of anything important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jaime Aza will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits or other harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia.
